We love this website as it gives us plenty of options to check out before we hit the road. We recently used a consultant to help assess a property we thought would be good. Luckily they were able to point out a few things we didn't consider or know about & now we are looking again. We are also going to go to a workshop on all the things to do with buying & setting up on our small farm (when we find the one...). From the information we have recieved so far I think this should be essential to all us novices before we get out there.
